Ok. OK. I know you're thinking I'm full of shit blah blah blah this guy is an idiot. You know what, not that I blame you, but if you think I'm talking out my ass - see that little X in the top right corner, click it, I'm not forcing you to listen to me you know. The trueth is, I'm not saying one word of a lie, cause really, I don't give a shit if you're impressed or not. I really don't lie about anything any more... I fully admit I'm grossly over weight, not very popular, and far from athletically gifted. The hottest girl I've ever dated would be a 4 out of 10, and I didn't get laid until I was 21. But, BUT, when it comes to poker - when I get drunk and log into FullTilt Poker I make money like a mother fucker.
I believe everyone has their talent. Some people are creative, some people are athletic, some people can sing, others can do math... I guess getting drunk and playing Texas Holdem just happens to be my thing. So I'm good at poker, what's the big deal? Well, the thing is - I have played poker at home sobar... and I got my ass kicked!!! I have played poker in the casino both sobar and drunk... and I got my ass kicked! But when I get drunk, and I play poker online - for some reason I win and win and win, in fact, I've been winning for the last 2 years and 3 months. It's weird, but FullTilt Poker is now my "lucky" poker room, and with the Coors Light flowing I continue to make big bucks having fun. Some say I'm just lucky - I believe every man makes his own luck, and with bottle in hand I keep making mine every night on the tables of my favorite online poker room FullTilt Poker.
A lot of people have been contacting me lately... wondering if the new US poker ban has stopped me from playing poker online. My answer: FUCK NO! I think the poker ban is the dumbest thing our country has done in a long time and I'm confident there will always be poker rooms catering to USA players (we are after all 75% of the market)! I pay a huge amount of taxes on my income... let me do WHAT I WANT with my money thanks very much, our country is slipping - we are definetly no longer home of the free.

In what is being touted as the "First Man-Machine Poker Championship," Phil Laak and Ali Eslami will compete for real money against Polaris, a poker-playing computer program PokerStar.com developed by a research team at the University of Alberta. The match will take place July 23 and 24 at the Hyatt Recency Hotel in Vancouver, Canada as part of the drunk poker annual meeting of the Association for the Advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AAAI). The game will be fixed limit Hold 'em. Laak and Eslami each will play four separate 500-hand sessions against Polaris, two on Monday and two on Tuesday. In order to minimize the luck of the draw, each session will be constructed as a "duplicate match." Thus the cards Laak receives will be identical to the PokerStar.net ones dealt to Polaris versus Eslami, while Eslami's cards will be the same ones dealt to the computer program versus Laak. The community cards will be identical as well.
The pair will compete simultaneously in Star Poker separate rooms against copies of the Polaris program, and thus will not be permitted to communicate while the matches take place. Nor will the two copies of Polaris be able to "communicate" with each other. At the end of each session, the humans' chips will be drunk poker tabulated and compared to the number earned by the two copies of Polaris. If Laak and Eslami together accumulate 25 small bets or more than does Polaris in a session, they will split $5,000. If a session ends with either the humans or Polaris winning by less than 25 small bets, that session will be declared a statistical tie and Laak and Eslami will together earn $2,500. If Laak and Eslami manage to take down all four sessions by 25 small bets or more, they will split a $50,000 prize. The winning program, Poker Probot, authored by software engineer Hilton Givens, also defeated a program developed by the University of Alberta team in an exhibition match. I emailed PayTRU about where's my card? "payTru has currently reached the capacity limits for the issurance of new cards and therefore cannot issue any new cards at this time. This affects all card numbers issued since May 1st as well as any card replacements. Check the payTru website in the near future for a card issuance update." Nice of them to tell me AFTER I received an email when I signed up that said "You will be receiving your physical PayTRU card within 14 business days!" Now I have already created accounts at other e-wallets to deal with this unfortunate event. However, is it still safe, or even allowable, to WITHDRAW funds from a poker site to Neteller?
